Tackle Box
The big news that I have been saving is that I have purchased a second rental unit up here at Wildhorse. It is on the same street as the Super Chicken Coop and is only about a 5 minute walk away.
Here are the "vitals" of THE TACKLE BOX.
LOCATION:
This house is located at 262 Emerald Avenue. In relation to the Coop, it is about 100 yds down Emerald on the left hand side of the street. It is easy walking distance between the two. If it looks like an old mobile home from the outside, then yes, you are very observant. If it were the cover of a book, it would be titled War and Piece (of crap). You need to come inside and see the real Tackle Box. The outside and the inside are polar opposites.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The Green Room has two twin size beds. Note the down comforters on each bed. In fact, there are down bed toppers underneath. Warm and comfortable? Oh Yea!
The WSB (World's Smallest Bedroom) has one twin size bed. It may look small but it is probably one of the best rooms in the house.
The Yellow Room has two twin size beds. Bright and cheery are the words for this room.
All of the beds will feature the same creature comforts that the Coop has including feather bed toppers, down comforters and pillows etc.
There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. If two sleep on the sofa bed, then there is sleeping arrangements for 7.
BATHROOM
There is one bathroom that has been completely remodeled. It features a big shower (along with a 40 gal new hot water heater).
COOKING AND EATING
Once again, a complete remodel here with new cabinets and appliances. The dining room table can seat at least six and more with the card table chairs that I have. Like the Coop, top quality cookware and dishes for eight are available. Shown, there is seating for six. There are two more chairs located in the green and yellow bedrooms.
RECREATION AND RELAXATION:
The living room and the kitchen dining area are one big room. The walls are covered in new cedar paneling which compliments the new wood flooring. In one corner is a nice Waterford propane stove which will heat the place well. Along with the sofa, there are two recliners. Of course, there will be a nice LCD TV with the satellite package for those cold nights.
I've already taken a few "ten minuters" naps on the couch.
